K12/L3 Fixed Bollards for Perimeter Security
 Off the Wall Products' K12/L3 fixed bollard is the State Department's highest-rated anti-ram bollard. A crash test proved that the stationary bollard will stop a 15,000 lb Truck traveling at 50 mph, and the penetration of the truck through the fixed bollard is less than 3 ft.
